ADHD Coach
Online ADHD coaching for teenagers and young adults, including those who are home educated or flexi-schooled.
For young people with ADHD, knowing what they need to do and actually being able to do it can be very different things. Organisation, getting started, managing routines, working independently, keeping track of tasks and coping when things feel overwhelming can all get in the way.
I work with young people to understand what’s making things difficult for them and find practical strategies that work for them. Coaching can help with organisation and planning, independent study, motivation and getting started, managing routines, confidence and preparing for transitions such as college, university or greater independence.
I’m a qualified teacher and Advanced ADHD Coach, with over 20 years’ experience working with young people and families in education, including as an ALNCo/SENCo and pastoral leader. My approach is warm, practical and non-judgemental.
Coaching is 1:1 and online, and a formal ADHD diagnosis isn’t required.
I also work with parents who would like support in understanding their young person’s ADHD and finding approaches that work better for their family.
