I’m a former Director of Sport with 16 years’ experience supporting children across a wide range of school settings. My work has always focused on helping young people become more active, physically capable, confident, and resilient through enjoyable, meaningful sport experiences.
I’m passionate about creating development programmes that truly engage children of all abilities; sessions that build skills, boost confidence, and support both physical and mental wellbeing. I love working closely with EHE families to design practical, forward‑thinking programmes that fit their child’s needs and make a genuine difference to their overall development.
