Snow & Rose Tutoring | Online English, Maths & Creative Writing for Home-Ed Children Copy
🌹 Welcome to Snow & Rose Tutoring — where every child is known, supported and encouraged to grow in confidence!
Hello! I’m Jo, a qualified, experienced primary school teacher and the founder of Snow & Rose Tutoring, based in Cambridgeshire.
I believe that learning should never feel like a battle. Every child learns differently, and sometimes all it takes is finding that little spark of interest to make everything click!
I offer creative, personalised online tuition for home-educated children across the UK, supporting learners from KS1 through to KS3.
What can I help with?
📚 English: Reading, comprehension, spelling, grammar and writing, including creative storytelling.
🔢 Maths: Building confidence, strengthening foundations and tackling those tricky topics at a pace that suits your child.
🌟 Phonics and early literacy: Helping younger learners develop the skills and confidence to become independent readers and writers.
✏️ Creative writing: Imaginative, engaging sessions that turn writing into an adventure rather than a chore!
❤️ Individual learning needs: I have extensive experience supporting children with SEND, including neurodivergent learners and children who need a little more flexibility, reassurance or a different approach.
What makes Snow & Rose different?
My sessions aren’t about sitting in front of endless worksheets. I use children’s interests, storytelling, games, practical challenges and carefully planned activities to make learning meaningful and enjoyable.
Whether your child needs help filling gaps, developing confidence, exploring a particular interest or working towards their own learning goals, we’ll find an approach that works for them.
